Le besoin

  • Accompagner le DG lors de l’élaboration d’une nouvelle structure plus légère
  • Redressement et prise en mains d’un département « en souffrance » + extension de la mission à toute l’entreprise
  • Installation Comex + règles de fonctionnement

La mission « Management Coaching »

  • Durée : 9 mois à raison de 2 à 3 j. par semaine
  • Libérer les énergies contributives – décloisonnement
  • Influencer l’ambiance dans l’entreprise

Méthodologie

  • Préparation et exécution d’un grand nombre de décisions stratégiquement importantes
  • Engagement profils opérationnels
  • Accompagner/former l’encadrement dans de nouveaux rôles
  • Aider à résoudre quelques dossiers délicats
  • Mise en place rencontres d’information à tout le personnel

Résultats obtenus

  • Ambition forte formulée et concrétisée
  • Ambiance de travail plus énergique et positive
  • Explosion de l’activité conteneurs (x 4 par rapport à 2013)

Objectives

  • elaborate with internal HR department the new training modules on the existing Performance Management & Competence Development model
  • assuring that the local HR partners took an active role in the process

Our action

  • through action of co-management, working out the new training modules
  • deliver the training for the different audiences (HR people – new appointed people – specific business units

Output

  • it’s an ongoing process; every year Lesire & Partners adapt the content in order to fit completely with the training offer from the company
  • HR partners involved in a new topic of their role in appropriating the concept

ABBOTT Vascular | Aligned organisation

Objectives

  • organize the launch of a new DES (Drug Eluding Stent), called Xience Prime
  • doing this for the whole EMEA region (7 countries) with 1 supplier

Our action

  • prepare and reflect on the launch with Marketing and Training department
    (Premium price for Premium project)
  • engineer and do the “train the trainer” of the training programs for the different
    countries with local partners, members of our network

Output

  • launch was extremely successful
  • all the countries went into action together
  • our partners in the different European countries were very pleased to collaborate in the project

ING | Increased managerial professionalism

Objectives

  • install OM Lean concept (as already done in the Netherlands)
  • train the Team Leaders (by groups of 7p.) in their new role

Our action

  • working out the concept and “translating” the Dutch concept to the Belgian situation and culture
  • deliver the training sessions (10 days over 10 months with certification at the end)

Output

  • several groups (OIB – ICC …) started and went very well; all business- and people targets were achieved
  • combination of “hard” (Lean) and “soft” (people related) topics was the secret during the whole process
